Deepnol RE 610A is a high-performance anionic surfactant belonging to the Polyoxyethylene Alkyl Phenol Phosphate Ester family. It is primarily utilized as an emulsifier and wetting agent in industrial chemical processes.

Primary Applications

Emulsion Polymerization: Its most significant role is as a primary emulsifier for synthesizing synthetic polymers like acrylics, vinyl-acrylics, and styrene-acrylics. It is often neutralized in-situ with a base (sodium, ammonium, or amine) to form its active salt.

Textile Industry: Functions as an exceptional wetting and scouring agent for fabric pretreatment, ensuring fast wetting and improved absorbency during continuous bleaching processes.

Industrial Coatings: Enhances corrosion resistance and heat/light stability in polymer films, making it ideal for metal coating applications.

 

Agrochemicals: Used as a compatibility agent in pesticide formulations to stabilize complex mixtures.
